udxandCursor b7a0bbcb89 Add hot-update boot pipeline, UI bundles/atlas assets, and design docs. 
Ignore AIClient/Library and AIClient/HybridCLRData permanently; include HybridCLR/YooAsset project setup and UI tooling.
