Add hot-update boot pipeline, UI bundles/atlas assets, and design docs.

Ignore AIClient/Library and AIClient/HybridCLRData permanently; include HybridCLR/YooAsset project setup and UI tooling. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
